Responsible Partnerships Only
UKMC Lounge maintains strict standards for all commercial relationships. Our members are medical cannabis patients who have followed the legal route to access their prescribed treatment. Every partnership we accept must serve them responsibly, professionally and lawfully.
No misleading health claims
We do not accept partnerships that make unsupported medical or therapeutic claims about any product or service.
No recreational cannabis promotion
UKMC Lounge is for verified prescription holders. We do not promote, endorse or facilitate recreational cannabis use under any circumstances.
No unregulated products
All products promoted through UKMC Lounge must comply with applicable UK regulations including MHRA, ASA and Trading Standards requirements.
Patient interest first
If a partnership is not genuinely beneficial to our members, we will decline it regardless of commercial value.

Patient awareness and education partnerships — helping members understand their options, their products and their rights. All pharmacy partnerships must comply with MHRA and GPhC regulations.
Vaporizer and Accessories Brands
Responsible member offers, product awareness and education for brands whose products are used by verified medical cannabis patients. No recreational positioning. No misleading claims.
Wellbeing and Lifestyle Brands
Products and services aligned with patient wellbeing — chronic pain management, sleep, mental health, nutrition and mobility. We are particularly interested in brands with clinical or evidence-based foundations.

Legal, employment rights, insurance, financial planning and specialist advisory services relevant to medical cannabis patients — including employment law, travel rights, workplace disclosure and Equality Act guidance.
Local Norwich Businesses
Community-focused partnerships with Norwich businesses — hospitality, transport, wellness and local services that our members use and value. We want UKMC Lounge to be genuinely embedded in Norwich.
